Ladies Running classes! Beginners to Advanced

Monday and Wednesday 7.00 pm - this combines with an exercise class on Wednesday or Friday (your choice).

Girl Power Classes - this is a five week course that combines one run with one exercise class (separate day's) for five weeks

The course is repeated every five weeks: It's physical - Very!
