Testimonial 2  Caroline age 38.       

 

 

Caroline a business manager is trying to recover her fitness and figure before returning to work after having a baby.

            

Her job which is in a predominantly male environment and involves international travel and long haul flights is very demanding physically and mentally.

 

Caroline; right and below exercising with her usual determination is mixing it well between the tread-mill, step, cycle, and weights routine during her personal training session.

 

 

She never thought she was capable of running but always had the desire to.


She progressed from walking to gentle jogging on the treadmill then onto outdoor running, now she completes 3.5 miles in 29 minutes,  enjoys it, and is still making progress.

She says "it's as easy to jog/run now as it was to walk briskly when I first went to see John"

 On a lighter 

 note, she is 

 happy having 

 just completed

 her last pull

 down for the

 day.

Caroline; finger wagging below after her session (thinking she's in charge again) has lost 1/2 a stone.

 

She say's "I still have some way to go to reach my full target but my clothes are fitting again and I have never felt so good. Now that I know exactly what to do to reach my target weight and fitness I feel I can exercise competently when I am away from home".

 

Armed with my renewed confidence I have now joined Johns exercise classes and intend to join his running classes later so I am sure I will soon be where I want to be.

She says the mix of exercises on her personal training programme and understanding how they should be performed have given her a new feel and experience towards exercise and fitness.
